This poster was originally part of Wendy Coburn's solo exhibition Anatomy of a Protest held at Art Museum, University of Toronto, from October 30 - December 19, 2014.
 
Anatomy of a Protest centres around her video on the world’s first Slutwalk which took place in Toronto, 2011. Highlighting the theatrics of a well-organized group of provocateurs, Coburn’s work poses a series of questions related to freedom of assembly, social justice organizing, and long-standing tactics at work in the contested space of public protest.
 
 
Funds from poster sales supported the production of the catalogue Wendy Coburn, Fable For Tomorrow (2024) in conjunction with her exhibition Fable for Tomorrow: A Survey of Works by Wendy Coburn at Onsite Gallery, which ran from February 16 - May 14, 2022.
