Petals unfurling and colours spiralling, harmonizing waves of scented earth.

Lilacs drifting in the breeze, calming sensations.

Breathing life.

Spring bee spotting!

"Each watercolour was executed en plein air and they are from different vantage points in the garden... The garden itself was started from a ground zero lawn patch with nothing but grass growing. That was fourteen years ago. The grass was dug up gradually until the whole yard was grass-free and the work of planting for the pollinators and butterflies began. The garden focuses on perennials with primary care and concern taken to always have something blooming for the pollinators. The garden is a joy and a wonder for me."
